Subject: help wanted

looking for help. i want to break into the server of
this guy who used to be a friend, but then ratted to
my supervisor. he is the sys admin of this server and
says he's undefeatable. I really hate the guy. I cant
locate his servers ip, as he is behind a firewall. any
help will be appreciated. i want to make myself sys
admin for only a little while and change a few things
too. 

btw know any hackers/crackers based in south africa
that would be willing to do a job like this for a fee?
