You should also not the user agreement, paragraph 173, section 5 - 8 that states: "If thy cancellation e-mail is composed with disregard for thy CAPS lock key, said cancellation e-mail may be disregarded or put in administrative queue for a period of seven months for processing, during which time said customer will still be billed."
